As we are scaling and growing, we are in search of a Logistics Specialist or Engineer, to strengthen the Oura Logistics and Fulfillment team. The team is responsible for all customer deliveries of the Oura rings worldwide and managing finished goods inventories and 3PL relationships.
As our logistics specialist, you will be participating in international supply chain management maintaining the daily communication between Oura, suppliers and logistics partners. You will be an active player in securing smooth day-to-day operations.
What You will do:
- Work as a trusted logistics, fulfillment and supply chain management professional throughout Oura internal teams and Oura’s logistics partners and selected suppliers.
- Oversee execution amp; continuous development of orders, deliveries, returns and forecasts.
- Own, drive amp; communicate partnership status develop amp; improve processes and systems
- Ensure order fulfillment, shipping, deliveries (end-to-end)
- Work with Oura return partners, manage returns internally and externally (retailer, return partner, finance, customer service)
- Participate in material management and operative purchases
- Manage and improve inventory management and monthly reporting
We would love to have you on our team if you have some of the following:
- Suitable bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 to 5 years’ experience from logistics, supply chain management and order fulfillment in D2C and B2B.
- Previous experience in fulfillment order handling, BOM management, shipping management, inventory control, operational reporting and KPI follow-up.
- ERP knowledge and project management, NetSuite experience is considered a plus.
- Knowledge of import/export requirements, cross-dock, communicating with carriers and forwarders, prioritizing and negotiating costs
- Proven ability to identify improvement opportunities and perform business and cost analysis to make recommendations
- Experience in quantitative applications such as Microsoft Excel
