How will you make an impact in this role?

Our growth is achieved through a unique product built by repair professionals for repair professionals. We are highly focused on helping repair businesses of all sizes to solve their day-to-day operational challenges while driving sustainability and reducing electronic waste.

As our Customer Success Manager, you will ensure our customers continue to get the best value from Fixably and are happy with the relationship with Fixably.

As a Customer Success Manager at Fixably, you will:

  • Ensures successful onboarding of new customers
  • Help our customers to improve their business by utilizing Fixably capabilities in an optimal way
  • Proactively take care of customer relationships to maximize net retention

Requirements

For you to be successful in this role and to be able to achieve your goals consistently, we expect you to have the following:

  • Minimum three years relevant experience in Customer facing roles (preferably B2B)
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proactivity in taking initiatives
  • Good interpersonal amp; negotiation skills
  • A blend of commercial awareness, technical knowledge, and proven problem-solving attitude and abilities
  • Good analytical skills to analyze customer requirements and map these to key platform capabilities
  • Basic understanding of the after-sales business models
  • Degree in Sales, Technology, or Business Administration
  • Based in Helsinki, Finland currently ( no visa sponsorship or relocation services provided)


Your day-to-day tasks will include the following:

  • Conducting onboarding sessions to new customers, helping them set up their technical environment to support their business processes best
  • Managing onboarding projects of larger enterprise customers, ensuring timely go-live while avoiding scope creep
  • Taking initiatives to improve customer experience in close collaboration with sales, support, product and engineering teams
  • Managing customer relationships, understanding changes in customer needs, and keeping customers up-to-speed with new features relevant to their business
  • Driving growth through MRR expansion by understanding customer needs and how to utilize Fixably optimally
  • Feeding customer insights into product and process development

We’ll also be happy for you to bring the following to the table:

  • A team player who sees the value in sharing knowledge and learnings from their peers and is ready to run the extra mile for our common goals.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English. Other European languages are a definite advantage too!
  • Experience in SaaS, ERP solutions, or electronic repair industry knowledge
