We are looking for a recent or soon-to-be graduate who is motivated by driving a measurable impact on our business. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be acquiring potential new customers and helping to grow existing accounts.

The job amp; what you’d be working on

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales amp; marketing team in Finland. In this full-time role, you can combine your knowledge of technology and digital sales and marketing, and find opportunities to help future and existing clients. To thrive in this position, you should have some work experience in sales and/or prospecting, or outbound contacting.

This is a position at the top of our sales funnel, so you’ll have a great opportunity to develop and advance your career in sales development and sales. Your daily work consists of reaching out to prospective leads of target accounts by mainly email and LinkedIn, but also via phone and in-person to develop new business opportunities. You will also manage and nurture inbound and outbound generated leads. You will use Outreach.io, HubSpot, Excel, and other tools effectively to run leads and accounts through every step of the sales cycle.

You are eager to explain the value of Columbia Road’s services to potential and current customers, as well as senior executives. Together with the sales amp; marketing team, you will set and achieve targets for our customer acquisition and business growth. Requirements

  • Personal interest in sales, sales development, digital consulting, and initiating outbound contacting and booking meetings
  • Some work experience in (B2B) sales and/or prospecting, or outbound contacting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Finnish and English
  • Great attention to detail
  • Systematic and process-oriented work manner
  • Ability to take ownership of your work, proactiveness, and good teamwork skills
  • Technical understanding of the digital sales and marketing landscape and tools
  • Previous experience of working at a rapidly growing company is a bonus
