In this role, you might have projects ranging from search engine marketing to setting up analytics and tagging frameworks, optimising clients’ digital campaigns, or setting up marketing automation activities. You have already gained hands-on experience in some of these modern marketing tactics: marketing automation, inbound and lead generation, SEM, SEO (both content and technical) or paid ads but we don't expect you to know it all! Or maybe you’re more analytics-driven and you love data crunching, dashboards, and reporting.
Either way, you’ll get to work together with other Columbia Road consultants in multi-disciplinary teams, building and growing new digital businesses for our customers in various business domains. This means you may collaborate daily with developers, designers, strategy consultants, as well as our clients' stakeholders and specialists. You’ll always have a world-class team of digital sales experts available to support and mentor you on your learning journey.
Here's how you know you're a good fit
You are self-driven, active and want to continuously learn new things. You understand the basics of digitalisation and you approach problems analytically. You would love to work with challenging client cases supported by a diverse community of digital sales professionals, and your motivation comes from creating measurable business results rather than just technically or visually excellent work.
You are comfortable communicating matters related to your own work and you enjoy working with other people in an agile environment. It’s not a problem for you to present your ideas to a small group of people from time to time, for example, in a workshop. You are able to bring clarity to uncertain and chaotic situations.
