We're seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our innovative team in Finland. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in our new product discovery efforts. You'll be responsible for generating, conceptualizing, and validating software-based features and products within the Oura ecosystem.
Location
Oulu, Tampere, Helsinki, or Remote (Finland).
Key Responsibilities
As a Product Designer at Oura, you will:
- Generate, conceptualize, and validate new software features and products.
- Conduct user research and validation to deeply understand user needs and preferences.
- Collaborate closely with our Discovery team developers and various stakeholders within the company.
- Craft wireframes, develop prototypes, and deliver comprehensive design and product specifications for early-stage app implementations.

- Substantial experience in user research and validation, as well as a knack for pitching compelling product ideas.
- A portfolio showcasing your high-quality, thoughtful UI and UX work.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
- In-depth knowledge of mobile design patterns and the ability to break them when necessary.
- A proven track record of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Bonus points for experience working with international groups and distributed teams.
