What would your daily work look like?
- Problem solving: Dive deep into the design process, identifying problems, conducting research, gaining insights, brainstorming, and iterating on solutions.
- Crafting designs: From research to pixel perfection, you'll craft a world-class product that stands out.
- End-to-end participation: Be part of the entire development journey from concept creation to feature release, working together with our Product Manager and Fullstack devs.
- Design development: Contribute to building a design system and processes as we scale, ensuring our designs evolve as fast as we do.
What kind of designer are you?
- Experience: Bring 3+ years of hands-on design experience, specializing in software applications across the web platform (web apps).
- Design expertise: Showcase a strong design process, grounded in good design methodologies and frameworks.
- Familiarity with Figma: Proficient in Figma for streamlined collaboration and efficient design workflows.
- Team player: Embrace a generalist attitude and excel in collaborative team settings.
- Business and user focus: Design with finesse, ensuring our product meets both business and user needs seamlessly.
- English proficiency: Fluent in English, our internal working language.
