We are strengthening our team and looking for new Salesforce Solution Architect to join our IT department in Tampere, Espoo or Lappeenranta office in Finland.
A Salesforce Solution Architect plays a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform to meet M-Files business functions' needs. This role involves a combination of technical expertise and business acumen to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.
As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements, especially in sales and marketing areas. With the needs known, you will then design and hands-on implement scalable and efficient solutions on the Salesforce platform. Finally, you will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and other administrators to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions aligned with the M-Files business functions' goals.
Responsibilities
1. Solution Design: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements. Translate these requirements into technical designs, data models, and system architecture on the Salesforce platform.
2. Customization: Configure, customize, and develop on the Salesforce platform to create tailored solutions that meet business requirements. Utilize Salesforce reporting capabilities, Apex, Experience Cloud, Lightning components, Aura, and other Salesforce technologies as needed.
3. Data Management: Define data models and data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
4. Integration: Design and oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications, ensuring data flows smoothly and efficiently across the organization.
