ICEYE is building and operating its commercial constellation of small Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) satellites with SAR data available to customers. Our satellites acquire images of Earth at any time even when it’s cloudy or dark providing commercial and government partners with unmatched persistent monitoring capabilities. Information derived from our SAR images helps customers make data-driven decisions to address time-critical challenges in various sectors, such as maritime, disaster management, insurance, and finance.

What will you do in this role?

In your role you will be managing our Inbound/Outbound and Storage operations, helping our Supply Chain team to navigate through these on a daily basis exceeding customer’s expectations.

You will be responsible for goods receiving (verify all material received for conformity with accompanying paperwork, checking for damage, correct part numbers, quantity and revisions, etc) as well as for goods shipping.

Maintaining accurate inventory is a key element in your role (identifying, labeling, placing materials, recording and/or data entering relevant information, performing cycle counts, etc).

You will also coordinate domestic and international shipments (both Import and Export), preparing all relevant documentation following ICEYE’s unique approach to details and accuracy.

Provide general support and information in logistics matters to domestic and international stakeholders e.g. freight forwarders, logistics suppliers, customers as well as colleagues in other subsidiaries.

Your main tool will be our ERP as well as other Microsoft Office applications. You will also participate in other logistics tasks from other Departments within ICEYE.

Requirements

Required:

Relevant studies in Logistics, Procurement, International Business, etc

Fluent spoken and written Finnish amp; English.

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role/industry.

Experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

Extensive knowledge and understanding of Inventory processes and management.

Outstanding computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Ability to operate simple material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, cargo dollies and other hand tools (able to pull amp; push cargo pallets/containers of several dozen of kg unassisted).

Preferred role-specific skills:

IATA DGR amp; IMDG certification

Safety card

Knowledge of computerized inventory management systems (particularly Netsuite, IFS 2004, IFS 2010, etc)

Experience in EU Customs regulations, duties and clearance, particularly familiar with IP procedures as well as INTRASTAT reporting.

Experience within the aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronic fields.
