We're currently seeking a hands-on Salesforce Business Analystto work closely with our business stakeholders and Salesforce development team in driving adoption and optimization of the Salesforce applications and platform combined with the data and capabilities of connected systems.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in Salesforce implementation and configurations. Using their expertise, problem-solving ability, and creative flair, the business analyst will play a key role in designing, building, delivering, and maintaining our Salesforce ecosystem. The business analyst will have a chance to contribute to our business development from idea to adoption by helping in clarifying business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, and configuration, along with testing and deployment.
The role will ideally be based in Southern Finland(near Tampere or Helsinki offices). Other M-Files countries, UK, USA, Germany, or France can be considered for the right candidate.
Objectives of this role
- Design and configure Salesforce systems to enable efficiencies in key areas of the business
- Provide coaching in best practices for Salesforce administration and implementation
- Use Salesforce automation capabilities to streamline internal sales and service processes.
- Manage multiple stakeholder engagements and work with relevant team members to understand project requirements, facilitate process analysis sessions, and develop technology solutions
- Identify project issues and risks, and present alternatives for alleviating or resolving them
Responsibilities
- Refine and manage business requirements through business analysis sessions
- Design, build, and deliver tailored solutions for business utilizing Salesforce platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and other connected technologies
- Provide day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the connected Salesforce platform
- Support continued build-out of key reports and dashboards, data administration, and integrity upkeep
- Recommend new features and improvements to optimize and increase the use of the platform
- Provide technical specifications and help maintain overall documentation for the business
- Adhere and contribute to our development guidelines and shared best practices
Requirements
- Three or more years of experience with technical implementation work
- Comprehensive experience with Salesforce automation tools, data model configuration and reporting
- Background in CRM, sales or service process design and implementation
- Strong presentation and communication skills
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with other CRM software such as Siebel, Clarify, Vantive, PeopleSoft, or NetSuite
