We are looking for aPeople Systems Specialist to join our People Operations team in Tampere or Helsinki, Finland.


The People Operations team is responsible for managing and optimizing global people-related processes, systems and data, as well as compensation and benefits including global payroll management. Collaborating closely with company leadership, Pamp;C Business Partners, Finance, Legal, IT, and other stakeholders, we ensure that the organization's systems, processes, and structures effectively support and add value to the company. The key priorities include ensuring the use of efficient tools, guidance, documentation and improving ways of working in people related topics. When we do our job well, people operations related work across the company is smarter. This means information is more transparent, processes are more automized, data is more reliable, and tasks are less time consuming. We believe this has a positive impact on overall M-Filer experiences and efficiency.


As People Systems Specialist, you'll have a key role in maintaining and developing our global people system Oracle HCM. The people system covers the whole employment lifecycle from onboarding to learning management and compensation. Oracle HCM is also the basis for our people reporting and analytics. As global main user for our people system, you are also responsible in developing the data quality and reporting capabilities further. You manage Oracle HCM releases according to Oracle's quarterly release schedule. Our journey with Oracle HCM has just started, and we expect you to lift our organizations capabilities in using Oracle HCM to the next level.

You will also focus on improving current ways of working and enabling efficiency and ease of use of our other People amp; Culture related platforms throughout the organization. You'll develop our people processes forward towards further digitization, automation, scalability and great end-user experience. You'll provide training, technical support, troubleshooting and guidance on our people applications to M-Filers, people leaders, and your Pamp;C colleagues. You'll be a key contributor and manage some of our people system projects. You have a core role in our implementations, which includes gathering and analyzing business requirements, planning, configuration, testing, training, applying system enhancements and ultimate deployment in an agile way. You'll co-operate with both internal and external stakeholders for successful development and renewal.

What we expect from you

  • Previous HRIS admin user experience from modern SaaS applications. Hands-on Oracle HCM configuration experience is seen as a strong advantage.
  • IT expertise - Solid experience in developing People tools and related integrations and understanding of the data flow requirements in this context
  • Project management skills (if you have led a project, it is a big plus)
  • Proven track record and experience in execution of HRIS enhancement and development projects
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and data protection regulations like GDPR
  • Understanding of the core People processes, policies and related data integration requirements, ability to transform designed processes to system configuration
  • Solid understanding of what good end-user experience and modern people process design looks like. You have the end-user experience at heart in all the designs you do.
  • Comfortable with People reporting and analytics, in both people system and excel. You have excellent analytical skills and know how to use Excel magic to your advantage
  • Experience in vendor management
