Job Description
inlumi, a global team of over 250 specialists in digital transformation for the office of the CFO, is seeking a Principal to join our team in Helsinki. We help clients to perform at their best by enabling them to understand their data, deliver it where and when it is needed most, and make decisions. With a collaborative and interactive approach, inlumi prides itself on noiseless implementations enabling businesses to maintain focus on what they are good at while they focus on the project. As a Principal Consultant at inlumi, you will be a key player in driving digital transformation and supporting the growth and success of our company.
Resonsibilities
- Take ownership of specific areas of the business, driving growth in finding new cases and enhancing capabilities.
- Lead and oversee EPM project teams, ensuring their success in delivering high-quality and innovative solutions to clients.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs, develop strategic plans, and build long-term relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, technology vendors and peers.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing them with support and opportunities for growth.
- Engage with the wider community to shape and promote inlumi's thought leadership in digital transformation for the office of the CFO, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Play a vital role in shaping and executing inlumi's business strategy.
Requirement
- 8+ years of relevant experience in consulting, digital transformation, or related field.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of working closely with customers and high-level executives.
- Strong financial expertise, including substantial experience analyzing financial data and developing financial models.
- Extensive knowledge of cutting-edge digital transformation strategies and technologies like OneStream, Oracle, or Tagetik.
- Proven experience in effectively mentoring and supporting the progress and advancement of team members.
- Ability to travel as needed.
