We have an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager (KAM) to join Norgine Nordics/Azanta Oy in Finland. The person holding this position will report to the Head of Sales and be a member of the Nordic Growth amp; Launch sales team.

The core responsibility of the of Key Account Manager is to drive sales and activities towards key accounts and customers of assigned brands, in this role primarily within the Gastroenterology/Hepatology and Women’s Health areas. This will be a remote (field based) role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES amp; ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Drive sales of relevant brands to target customer groups
  • Book and manage own customer calls and meetings
  • Arrange and execute projects and speaker led meetings relevant for the business
  • Developing relations to, and driving activities with, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)·
  • Create, agree, implement and update KAM plans together with the cross-functional team
  • Handle barriers and investigate new opportunities for increasing sales on actual brands
  • Monitor and feedback on all competitive activities in the defined territory
  • Act according to the legislation in assigned country
  • Ensure all activities are compliant with applicable codes and internal processes relating to the promotion of medicines and medical devices
  • Act in a capacity on behalf of Norgine Nordics/Azanta Oy
  • Close collaboration with the cross-functional team, i.e. sales/brand colleagues, marketing, medical and market access, but also other colleagues in the Nordics

Requirements

  • Relevant Health Care and/or Pharma educational background
  • Experience from KAM work or similar role in the health care sector
  • Work experience from the Gastro and/or Womens health area is desirable
  • Fluent in Finnish and English is mandatory
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong drive and can do attitude
  • Team player mindset with ability to work effectively as part of a successful and highly motivated team
  • Administration and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills
