We are currently building the next-generation IoT architecture and product platform, together with lead customers high on the Fortune 500 list. This development will be both evolutionary and revolutionary for our business in terms of scale, functionality, business models and technology.
AsHaltianChief Architect for Software, Big Data and Data Analytics, you will be creating and managing the portfolio ofHaltiansoftware applications, data analytics tools and web services. In other words, you will be helping our customers in collecting, processing and visualizing raw data from the IoT sensors and othersources, andconverting it into actionable insights.
We are looking for motivated and competent person with the capability to run business and customer analysis, market research, lead product definition process and guide the development of overallHaltian IoTsoftware product portfolio.
You are a strong software product leader with broad understanding of software applications, analytics and web technologies. You drive excellent design and user experience. You focus on the right things, ensure they get done,and also planhow things are improved in the future. In a nutshell, you are intrapreneur with strong people skills.
The responsibilities of Chief Architect, Software, Big Data and Analytics:
- Understand theevolving IoT data analyticsmarket needs,technology trends,customer pain points, and competitive landscape
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, architecture and roadmap to the development teams andstakeholders
- Lead the product discovery process and validate the product assumptions and hypotheses with user research and data analysis
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog androadmap, inalignmentwith thebusinessplan and strategicobjectives
- Work with engineers and designers to create user stories, wireframes, and specifications fornew product features and enhancements
- Monitorthe product performance and user feedback, andmake improvementsbased on data and insights
- Trainand coachHaltiancustomers, sales and customer success teams on the software products
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learningandcollaboration
You will be working closely with Head of Ramp;D and Product Management,HaltianArchitect Team, Technical Product Managers, Marketing and Sales.

What helps you succeed in this role:
- Masters degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software product management, preferably in IoT, SaaSand/orwebtechnologies
- Proven track record of delivering successful, full-stack SW solutionsfrom ideation to launch and beyond
- Strong knowledge of IoT/ Industry 4.0 / SaaSandthe latestweb technologies, platforms, and standards
- Experience in applying AI and data analytics techniques to enhance the product value and user experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Passionate about solving customer problems and creating delightful products
