We are strengthening our team and looking for new System Specialist Trainees to join our Services team in Tampere, Espoo or Lappeenranta office.
As a System Specialist Trainee (Business Solution consulting), you will help our domestic and international customers to automate their knowledge work processes. You add value by suggesting best practices and by configuring their M-Files solution with new processes and workflows. You will get help from your competent team members and will be able to learn their best practices as well as share yours.
Your daily work consists mostly of consulting M-Files customers and partners. Your main responsibilities include gathering and analyzing customers' business requirements and planning system design for solutions. By choosing the correct methods of implementation with scalability and maintenance in mind, you ensure a high customer value throughout the solution's lifecycle. You will also participate in the continuous development of our implementation practices.

Requirements
To be successful in the role, you will need:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree student in Business, IT/ICT Business, Industrial Engineering and Management, Information and Knowledge Management or other commercial field in the final stage of studies or a recent graduate. Especially, cross-disciplinary studies have proved a good starting point for this role.
- Business Process understanding
- Business solution management understanding
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Experience in documenting specifications and tools used for it (e.g. Visio, PowerPoint)
- Experience in working in the customer interface
- Ability and passion to learn about IT systems
- Fluency in English
Additionally, we value competence in some of these areas:
- Various IT-systems and databases
- Knowledge work automation
- Experience in various different integrations between IT systems
- Understanding of software development and how programming can be utilized in implementations
- Corporate IT infrastructure (Windows Server, Databases, Network Infrastructure)
- Basic understanding of AI
- Programming skills
- Foreign language skills, such as Swedish and German.

Base salary is 2800 - 3300 EUR/month depending on skills and experience.
