Job Description

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our growing Sales team. You’ll have the opportunity to support an international sales team and to develop, implement, and manage sales processes, systems and reports to meet organizational goals and initiatives. You’ll also be involved in hiring, training and onboarding new sales recruits.

You’ll report to our VP of Sales and work together with account executives, consultants and sales development representatives. You can choose to work at Turku, Finland or remotely from anywhere within 2h EET (Finland).



Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Optimizing and implementing:
    • Sales frameworks (for example, account-based selling).
    • Tools (for example, CRM and training amp; onboarding tools).
    • Knowledge base documentation (for example, contracts and pricing calculators).
  • Supporting/Managing technical operations:
    • Report and analyze for the sales funnel.
    • Help with sales forecasting and budgeting processes.
    • Help with driving and measuring sales performance (KPIs and tracking).
  • Assuring alignment across sales teams on data and communication.
  • Helping with hiring, training and onboarding sales recruits.

Desired skills amp; experience:

  • 3+ years of experience and solid understanding of sales processes
  • Proficiency in at least one CRM tool and in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong desire to succeed and a positive attitude
  • Fluent English skills (spoken amp; written)
  • Good social skills and team spirit
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree
  • Can-do attitude and desire to challenge the status quo
