Job Description
We are looking for Search Ecosystem Manager for Petal Search in Finland.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the construction and maintenance the relationship with the partner of Petal Search ecosystem in the local market, include content integration cooperation, Traffic cooperation and monetization cooperation.
- Responsible for search amp; mobile internet amp; vertical industry (News, Shopping, Local POI, Nearby, Travel etc..) amp; search ads ecosystem insight amp; market investigation, find out the new leads of searching service, sourcing for potential search local partner.
- Responsible for local user’s behavior analytics and search market analytics , planning the new search feature and products of local market, including experience design, sourcing for the data source, local market trial;
- Responsible for integration pattern amp; business model design for cooperation, support BD department to negotiation amp; contract with partners.
- Responsible for Planning marketing event amp; promotion of Petal Search, including event sponsorship, event participation, key note speech and so on, increasing Petal Search product awareness in partners.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of mobile internet and search operation experience;
- Deeply insight of local ecosystem of searching and Search ads. Good understanding with local users’ behavior and mobile internet ecosystem.
- Have good connection with local ecosystem partners of search or the other relative domain.
- Familiar with architecture of searching engine, and keyword advertisement system.
- Familiar with the concept or knowledge of web page indexing, crawl, page ranking, keyword biding, CTR, CPC and so on.
- Mobile internet product planning experience is preferred. Good data analysis capability, familiar with the tools of analysis and data model.
