We are now looking for a Business Systems Engineer to work with NetSuite and collaborate with finance, operations and customer experience teams across geographic locations to design and customize workflows within NetSuite to fit the specific needs of Oura and it’s customers, focusing on creating a smooth and intuitive process for all parties involved.
This role can be based in Helsinki or Oulu.
What You will do:
- Work with finance, operations, customer experience, eCommerce and B2B sales teams to optimize a client facing customer portal used to process a large number of orders for a variety of partners and customers.
- Streamline finance and operations workflows through system automations, focused on reducing the amount of time spent creating or updating each transaction.
- Coordinate across departments to build and improve reporting features to extract maximum value from the information stored in NetSuite.
- Become a subject matter expert on the Oura product to recognize inefficiencies and drive forward solutions that will maximize the effect of NetSuite on day to day operations.
- Work with a passionate, fun, and supportive group of Oura advocates who are invested in the success of our customers and our team.
- Transform our existing customizations into a maintainable unified codebase following good development practices.
- Manage workload to balance development of new projects with troubleshooting tickets as they arise.
We would love to have You on our team, if You have:
- 3+ Years development experience from Oracle NetSuite ERP, or equivalent systems/projects
- Understanding of Web Services Architecture
- Extensive experience working with third party integrations and APIs
- Experience working with large data sets
- Proficiency in JavaScript and SQL
- Ability to work cross functionally with various stakeholders
- Ability to proactively look for opportunities to improve our development, change control and deployment processes
- Strong organizational skills
