Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy individual with a strong technical aptitude and natural sales instinct to join our Sales team as a Sales Development Representative to handle our top of the funnel sales pipeline. You will be reporting to our VP of Sales and working together with other Account Executives, consultants and sales representatives. You will be based in Turku, Finland or work remotely from anywhere within 2h EET (Finland). Overall, you would be part of an international sales team with a mission to turn happy developers into satisfied customers.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead analysis and qualifying activities
  • Lead contacting and nurturing, via email, phone, online chat
  • Increase pipeline through demand generation and targeted campaigns
  • Sales presentations
  • Achieve or exceed sales KPIs
  • Continuous process improvement

What we are looking for

  • Good organization and analytical skills
  • Able to work in fast-paced self-directed environment
  • Proven track record of succeeding in a goal-oriented environment
  • 6+ months experience in similar Sales position (preferred)
  • Strong desire to succeed and positive attitude
  • Must have fluent English skills (spoken amp; written)
  • Fluent Finnish and Swedish skills (spoken amp; written) are a definite plus
  • Ability to learn and present technical information
  • Ability to think creatively and develop sales processes
  • Comfort level with software development as conversation topic, in addition to solution selling is a definite plus
  • Experience working with data, reporting and CRM systems such as HubSpot
  • Studies in Information Technology or Business Administration
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
