Physics Application Engineer - RF Filters

Huawei Helsinki research center is now looking for an experienced Physics Application Engineer - RF Filters to join our Terminal antenna and RF lab, where we work to ensure the top quality of our products.

Main responsibilities

• Responsible for analyzing complex measurement data and fit it with meaningful physical models.
• Responsible for developing the functional integration between different RF simulation software tools.
• Responsible for the software maintenance based on finite element method.

Requirements

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. degree in Engineering Physics.
• Excellent programming skills in Matlab and Python, with C/C++ as a plus.
• Good understanding of finite element method modelling.
• Experience of MEMS, acoustic wave theory or devices is a strong plus.
• It would be an additional advantage if having knowledge on electronic circuit theory and design; circuit and electromagnetic simulations (ADS, HFSS, CST etc.).
• Good communication skills in English.
• Good at team work, international team coordination and cooperation ability.

This full-time based position is located in Ruoholahti, Helsinki, Finland.
