We are looking for a Global Marketing Coordinator to join our Headquarter Marketing team in Helsinki to support our local marketing teams in all markets.
You would be ensuring focus and timely delivery by coordinating project management and campaign reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
You will also lead the management of administrative tasks including invoicing to keep the marketing department running smoothly.
The position is a fixed-term contract to cover parental leave for approximately 12 months, with a good possibility to be extended to a permanent employment.
This role is suited for someone with a similar background in marketing project management, or provides an excellent opportunity for someone who has a knowledge of business administration with a keen interest in marketing activities, for example a recent graduate with a degree in marketing and past experience in project management.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate marketing planning and execution between the HQ partners, HQ marketing team and and local marketing teams and their partners (Finland, Sweden, DACH region, Benelux Region, Japan)
- Coordination of the internal communication of the marketing project and campaign statuses
- Assist in monitoring and reporting campaign performance to CMO and Country Marketing Managers and keeping an eye on important metrics
- Help to plan and manage the campaign calendar
- Track, monitor and balance the budgets for various campaigns and projects
- Collaborate with both country and HQ teams and external agencies and other vendor partners
- Support Marketing Managers in delivering against major projects
- Integrate content for nordic region (mainly Finland) company website, CRM, own and paid social media and customer communication in collaboration with the Marketing Associate and CRM Marketing Manager.
What you need in order to be successful in this role:
- 2+ years experience in marketing project management (or similar responsibilities in, for example, financial administration or project management)
- Good project management skills.
- Detail oriented mind with a good knowledge of tools like Excel
- Ability to manage short, medium, and long term projects simultaneously
- Fluent English and Finnish
