We’re looking for a super analytical, curiously creative, research-oriented and data-driven SEO content writer to empower our Growth team. Working within our adult education business unit, you will play a central role in enhancing our digital presence around the topics of growth marketing, UX design, data analytics and personal development.
You’ll be collaborating closely with some of Europe’s best marketing minds and reporting directly to the Head of Growth. You will identify keyword opportunities to rapidly-produce best-in-class blog and web content that gets eyes on our brand and elevates our expertise. You’ll continuously track performance, analyse results and optimise content.
As part of the Growth Tribe team, we expect to learn from you, and you can expect to learn from us! You will be presented with ongoing opportunities to further develop your SEO expertise while also broadening your skills in growth marketing, A.I., Data Analytics and UX.Your core responsibilities include:- Conducting keyword amp; trend research to inform the content calendar and topic pillars
- Generate creative ideas to increase content performance
- Writing best-in-class search engine optimised content for the blog amp; youtube
- Update and optimise existing content
- Optimising the current copy on the website (page titles, Meta descriptions, h1s, alts, anchor text, etc.)
- Backlinking
- Continuously monitoring and analysing performance against agreed OKRs
- Supporting the marketing and sales teams on wider content projects and campaigns when requested
- Teaching the team - Keeping up-to-date with content amp; SEO trends to inform strategy and tactics
What we’re looking for:- 3+ years experience in SEO writing / SEO focused content marketing
- Versatile writing skills that you can effectively adapt to our voice amp; tone style guide
- Proven understanding of pillar content strategy and topic clusters
- A highly efficient writer that can balance speed and quality
- The growth mindset - an obsession for continuous learning amp; improvement
- Proven understanding and experience with content distribution across search and discovery channels
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and adhere to tight deadlines
- Basic understanding of HTML
- Experience using advanced Google Analytics features and data studio
- Proven experience using SEMrush, Ahrefs or an alternative you may wish to recommend!
- Native-level English
- Experience using Hubspot (CRM) and Webflow (CMS) is a bonus
- Experience in technical SEO (site crawling, site structure, indexation, etc.) is a bonus
