Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Front End Engineer (Software Engineer) to join Huawei Cloud System Engineering department in Helsinki, who will be responsible for developing cloud programs for cloud service products, including Huawei Video, Huawei Music and Huawei Search. It is a unique opportunity which focuses specifically on Huawei mobile services performance, effect, experience within EU region.
The successful candidate should be a strong communicator willing to work with geo-dispersed cross-functional teams, critical problem solver comfortable analyzing complex technical issues and bring them to resolution within strict SLAs, fast learner and self-motivated who likes taking on new challenges in a fast paced environment where you have the freedom to deliver impact at your own pace.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for participating in product demand analysis and research and development;
- Communicate with the product manager to complete the UI implementation of the design interaction;
- Responsible for front-end module design and code development and maintenance, and complete the delivery of related documents
Requirements
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience with at least 3+ years’ experience as an Internet Software Engineer.
- Experience in JavaScript (ES5/ES6), HTML5, CSS3 and other Web front-end technologies, familiar with DOM operations, can easily write front-end code that complies with W3C standards and is compatible with modern mainstream browsers, and has more than 3 years of front-end development experience;
- Experience in jQuery/Vue/Angular/React and other commonly used front-end libraries and frameworks in the industry, proficient in SASS/SCSS/LESS, and familiar with the use and configuration of construction tools such as Webpack
Preferred Qualification:
- Familiar with Web development mode, familiar with HTTP specifications and common Web security precautions, familiar with Node.js or Electron developers
- Familiar with front-end performance and memory tuning experience are preferred.
- Experience in vertical search engine developing
