The Account Manager will be tasked with ensuring the positive dialogue with our existing customers to lay the foundation for renewals, cross-selling and up-selling. About the position
As an Account Manager at Leadfamly, you will be working closely with the local Sales and Customer Success Manager team to maintain positive dialogue with our existing customers to lay the foundation for renewals, cross-selling and up-selling.
As a SaaS company, one of our biggest success parameters is that our customers get the most out of their collaboration with us and in the use of the LeadFamly platform. We aim at becoming trusted business advisors who are able to see customers’ challenges in the wider context of their business. Therefore, it is important that you have strong business acumen, as you often will find yourself attending status and renewal meetings with decision makers from various levels of the business, such as the marketing department, CRM, loyalty, business development, ecommerce, communication teams and C-level executives.
As we offer a new and disruptive technology that competes with the ‘traditional’ strategic marketing approach, it is important that you have the confidence to challenge customers’ views in the way they work today and clarify the potential value we make available to them. Your role would involve inspiring and creating concepts for our clients, so we can increase the frequency of campaigns being built through our tool.
