The Role

You will primarily be working with one of our global key clients, managing the agency relationship and work streams for multiple key stakeholders. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will collaborate with stakeholders from one of our key customer accounts, and a dedicated team of digital managers, designers, developers, analysts, copywriters and consultants to deliver high quality outputs and operational excellence across a variety of projects.

The customer is a well-respected and fast-growing global technology company, and our team is closely integrated into the client’s operations. We are looking for a person who can create long-term, trusting relationships and oversee day-to-day account activity and communication.

The role requires an adaptable individual who embraces new challenges and learns quickly. You will need to build a solid understanding of the client’s business and their priorities, then proactively promote them through creative delivery and commercial awareness.

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing/services business/creative agencies in Account Manager, Account Lead, or another relevant role.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing/Sales, or related field.
  • Solid and demonstrable experience delivering high-quality customer-centric digital projects and solutions against customer needs in the digital service, business, and commerce spaces.
  • Confidence and ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, as well as internally.
  • Firm understanding and experience of sales management and with CRM tools and software (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics, Freshworks, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
  • Clear and demonstrable ability to understand and document business needs and challenges, processes, and opportunities for growth.
  • Hands-on experience and understanding of digital marketing and content platforms and capabilities e.g. Adobe Experience Platform, Google Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Adobe Campaign, Contentful, Hubspot, etc.
  • Excellent ability to lead and collaborate with a team of subject matter experts.
  • Proactive way of working and excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent (C1/C2) written and spoken English.


Main tasks

  • Lead customer relationship as a single point of contact for the customer account, supporting and collaborating with project managers in activities and communications across the account.
  • Manage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across the customer organization, and wider agency ecosystem, to gather requirements, identify opportunities, drive efficiency, and ensure that communication flows smoothly across all account-related activity.
  • Collaborate with customers to provide strategic insight and added value in a consultative capacity to help customers meet their needs while generating new business opportunities.
  • Lead account activity from a commercial perspective, including providing estimates (in collaboration with project managers), negotiating new contracts and agreements, and reconciling and reporting project financials across the account.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships that generate a feeling of trust through consistently high-quality delivery, and continuously adding value through clear communications and exceptional business understanding.
  • Capture and translate customer briefs and needs into clear requirements and project scopes that can be used to create clear estimates and scopes of work.
  • Collaborate internally with other account and project managers to ensure smooth operations in resourcing, budgeting, documentation, scheduling, and report
