We are looking for an Account Executive with fluent Swedish and English skills to join our Nordics sales team.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to turn happy developers into happy customers in the community of 150 000 Vaadin developers. Your responsibilities would be to consult our customers and sell our commercial offering (both consulting services and product subscriptions). Our Account Executives focus on B2B sales and need to be able to talk fluently with a variety of customer roles ranging from CTOs to software architects and developers.

You will be reporting to our VP of Sales and working together with other Account Executives, consultants and sales representatives. You will be based in Turku, Finland or work remotely from anywhere within 2h EET (Finland).

Your responsibilities

• Technical consulting sales, product subscription sales and account management
• Development and implementation of sales funnels and pipeline
• Work with service delivery department to maximize customer satisfaction
• Collaboration with our marketing department
• Execution of sales campaigns

Desired skills amp; experience

• Strong desire to succeed and a positive attitude
• Fluent Swedish and English skills (spoken amp; written)
• Fluent Finnish skills (spoken amp; written) is a strong plus
• Experience in technical sales
• Experience in enterprise sales and professional services sales
• Experience in software development - especially Java and Web space - is a strong plus
• Good social skills and team spirit
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree
• Can-do attitude
• Desire to learn and challenge the status quo
