Job Description
We are now looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support our Huawei Cloud System Engineering department in recruitment and other HR related topics.
Main responsibilities
- Implement recruitment, training, performance management, talent management, activity in business department.
- Assist the supervisor to establish a good relationship with the local staff, get the staff dynamics information by effective communication
- Organize and participate business meetings, identify and implement HR solutions by identifying business needs
Requirements
- Organized, structured way of working and excellent coordination skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills in relevant technology context
- Good interpersonal skills, open minded, willingness to help others and enjoy working with various stakeholders and partners.
- The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, willingness to take on new challenges, flexible.
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
Location: Ruoholahti, Helsinki, Finland.
This is a full-time consultant position with one year fixed-term contract initially and possibility to continue afterwards.
