Job Description

We are looking for experienced, creative, and motivated (Senior or Principal level) Researcher who specialize in NLP amp; Knowledge Graph to address challenges in content security to build good detection capabilities in ensuring safe contents are presented to users.
Main responsibilities:
- Participate in defining the content policy and research roadmap in the field of content security.
- Research in content security to design and build state-of-the-art solutions/tools for global abuse detection and prevention system, sentiment analysis, reducing bias and improve explain-ability of the solution.
- Continuous research and evaluation of emerging technologies, staying current on published state-of-the-art ML methods, technologies, and applications.
- Explore research opportunities and establish research collaboration with academia.
Requirements

- Academic and/or industrial proven success in the area of NLP and Computer Vision/Machine Learning applied to security, multilinguals NLP.
- Motivated in hands-on research and use of Deep Learning concepts and technologies.
- Experience with some of the following concepts: multilingual text analysis, Transformers for NLP, knowledge representation, and knowledge graphs.
- Proven success in addressing content security problems on abusive content, hate speech, fake content detection are a big plus.
- Experience in bias detection and prevention, explainable AI is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Python and hands-on experience with some of NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, and Keras.
- Experience with various public cloud environments and technologies is a plus.
- PhD in AI/ML/NLP computer science, maths, statistics, computational linguistics or equivalent experience.

This position is located at our Ramp;D office in Ruoholahti, Helsinki, Finland.
