  • Explore new event platforms, tools and concepts together with the rest of our team
  • Develop an ‘Events Playbook’ for Aiven; a standard event planning and evaluation tool, to grow and scale our event marketing efforts with intent
  • Coordinate with internal Aiven event stakeholders, such as Developer Relations, Field Marketing, and Sales, to guide optimal action before, during, and after all events
  • Build measurement standards to benchmark the impact and effectiveness of the different categories of events we engage in and perform retrospective analysis on all events, reporting on KPIs and identifying areas for future improvement

  • Excellent project management skills, attention to detail
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global organization
  • A strong can-do attitude, ability to take initiative and prioritize work independently

We are proud of our supportive and pragmatic organizational culture. We are solution-oriented, and at the same time we cultivate an environment of trust and diversity where everyone can strive for excellence.

Besides our people and culture, at Aiven you’ll have

  • A dynamic environment in a rapidly growing, international business
  • Highly experienced colleagues from a variety of backgrounds
  • Flexible working hours, including remote working when needed
  • Ability to choose the devices and tools that make you work the best
