Do you want to support our HR Department and get the chance to kick-start your career in HR and Recruitment? We are looking for a hungry intern interested in Growth Tribe’s mission and ready to give their 110% in a fast-paced cross-functional work environment.Your Responsibilities in HR:
- Maintain employees’ records in our HRIS BambooHR
- Issue employment contractsAssist with performance management procedures.
- Perform onboarding and update records of new hires
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
- Assist with ad hoc HR projects
- Optimise current HR processes
- Support on employee engagement projects
- Assist in organising company events
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
Your Responsibilities in Recruitment:
- Assist with the recruitment process by sourcing amp; identifying candidates
- Schedule meetings, interviews and maintain agendas
- Keep our ATS up-to-date
- Produce and submit reports on recruitment activity
- Keep up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practice
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
- You take initiative and are consistently proactive
- You are highly organised and detailed-oriented
- It’s a big plus if you’ve already had some hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR
- You are approachable and comfortable with dealing a variety of people
- You cope very well with constantly changing processes and having to adapt how you work on a daily basis
- You are a fluent English speaker
- You are enrolled in university for the entire duration of the internship and are studying toward a degree in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology, Business or any related field
- You are available 3 to 5 days per week and live in or around Amsterdam
