Haltian is a strong Oulu-based Product Design and IoT company operating in global market. Our product Haltian Empathic Building smart office solution focuses on improving employee well-being and happiness. A complete and end-to-end smart office solution that combines technology, culture and physical space into one. Our head office is based in Peltola, Oulu, and we are now looking for a permanent full-time Customer Service Specialist to strengthen our Empathic Building operations team.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will:

  • Have the opportunity to work with the best experts and the latest IoT technology of the field
  • Have a hands-on experience on how IoT is made a reality, troubleshooting and building world class products and services
  • Join us on our mission Impossible things made easy and help our customers meet their business goals.

Your main tasks will be:

  • High level troubleshooting of customer issues
  • Customer communication through email, phone and ticketing system
  • Develop and maintain product support documentation and processes

To succeed, you will need:

  • Customer orientated mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or other relevant field
  • Fluent written and spoken communication skills inFinnish and in English (Norwegian/Swedish are considered as an advantage)
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Being comfortable with common IT software and tools
