In this position, you will be creating truly engaging and compelling content, while finding new ways to generate marketing qualified leads for Growth Tribe Finland.
Nature of positionWe’re looking for someone young and hungry to grow. This can be a part-time position alongside your studies (with a minimum of 20 hours per week) or a full-time internship position.
Expect to spend some hours of the week working from our office in Sörnäinen, but remote work for some portion of the hours is ok too.
We don’t need you to be fully knowledgeable already: we’ll train you and increase your content marketing and growth marketing skills a lot! We just need you to be incredibly hungry to learn!Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Country Manager and Head of Sales in Finland to plan and execute our growth marketing and content marketing strategy to generate valuable leads and content for sales
- Strong writing skills in both Finnish and English matched with an understanding of all key marketing functions including multi-channel content
- Maintain marketing initiatives across all channels, including (but not limited to) digital marketing, events marketing and content
- Be comfortable with using Google Analytics, Hubspot, Google Sheets and internal dashboards to analyse marketing channels
- This true content marketer needs to think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to reach customers and increase relevance
- Own our content creation pipeline which includes but is not limited to: weekly newsletters, customer case studies, event invitations etc.
Requirements
- Must have: some prior experience with content marketing and/or growth marketing
- Must have: strong content creation skills (Ideally in B2B technology or equivalent)
- Must have: digital savviness, we expect you to be good with computers!
- Must have: a get-shit-done attitude and huge willingness to learn
- Experience of landing page creation is a plus
- Humility and eagerness to learn and grow
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Finnish
