Responsibilities
The tasks of the Product UX Designer will include e.g.:
- Swiftly creating prototypes for visualizing ideas and discovering optimal solutions.
- Discovering users' needs and wishes within the repair industry and translating them into a simple, essential user experience.
- Evaluating the usability of a solution through usability testing and analytics data.
- Research trends and technical development of the UX field and comparable products.
- Design responsive solutions or solutions targeting a select device group (desktop, mobile, tablet).
- Working with developers in contributing to the development of our design system and component library.
Requirements
We hope that you have:
- A mindset for accessible design.
- Experience in prototyping tools such as Figma.
- An eye for harmonic and beautiful interfaces.
- An understanding or interest in using motion to communicate purpose.
- Ability to lead, advise and support internal and external stakeholders in UX matters.
- Experience as a full-time UX-designer in a software company (3+ years).
- An understanding of the design work related to enterprise resource planning (ERP) and backend systems.
- Good knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban etc.).
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- A degree in Computer Science, Business or a similar field.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
We expect that you are already living in Finland, ideally in the Helsinki metropolitan area, and are able to come to the Helsinki office at least once a week.
It is also nice if you speak Finnish but it is not mandatory.
