We are looking for a fixed-term (until 08/2024) full-time Technical Customer Specialist to strengthen our Service Operations team. Our team members act as a contact point for IoT and Empathic Building customers, support them and troubleshoot the variety of daily questions in the international environment. Our head office is based in Oulu.
Your role:
- High level troubleshooting of customer issues, and deeper analyses in co-operation with technical teams
- Daily customer specific support
- Remote monitoring of customer specific sensor system and Empathic Building
- Customer communication through email, meetings, and ticketing system
- Maintaining of customer support documentation and processes
- Monthly reporting of customer account
What do you need to succeed in this role:
We are looking for a good team player with customer-oriented mindset, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and ability to build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. You are able to work on many different cases simultaneously, yet you have ability to organize, prioritize and focus on the issue at hand. You can either be a more experienced customer specialist, or a student at the end of your studies at the University of applied sciences, as long as you have knowledge of common IT software and tools. In terms of language skills, you are fluent in English and Finnish, other languages are considered as your benefit.
